Proof of Purchase

With Proof of Purchase

Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 30 days as NEW requires that item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at the time of return.

Without Proof of Purchase

Return or exchange of NEW items (original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item) without proof of purchase may be made in exchange for a Motorly Merchandise Credit Card. No CASH refunds will be issued. These returns will be processed at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 30 days.

Conditions

Some merchandise, including opened gaskets and electrical/electronic goods, are non-refundable. Third-party or other outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Order, Commercial Tools, and equipment are all subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Clearance and ā€œAS ISā€ merchandise are non-refundable.

Motorly reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason. Motorly reserves the right to require a valid photo ID that will be recorded at the time of return. Applicable information from your ID will be retained, subject to applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, in a company-wide database of customer return activity that Motorly and its affiliates use to authorize returns. We accept the following IDs for returns: Driverā€™s License, State ID, Military ID, Permanent Resident Card or Border Crossing Card.

Core Returns

All Core returns need to be for the exact part purchased, in original packaging and in fully rebuildable, undamaged, condition Credit WILL NOT be applied until the part is received. Fluids must always be drained. Please refer to our Core Charge Policy for more information.

Warranty Returns

The warranty period is 45 days from your date of purchase or any longer warranty period that may be printed on your original sales receipt. Please refer to our Limited Warranty for further information.

Obtaining an Online Receipt

You can find a copy of your receipt in your account via Square and Fullbay. Under Square, you would have to login to see your previous receipts. Under Fullbay, your purchases will be under your customer portal. If you have difficulty or cannot find your receipt, give us a call at 862.400.3098 and we’ll assist you.

Returning Online Purchases to Motorly

Online purchases can be returned to Motorly within 45 days from the date of purchase. Bring original packaging and your receipt and Order Confirmation email. All refunds will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for your original order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in case of returns due to our error. Please bring the card you used at the time of purchase along with a state-issued ID.
