We have two rates for this service. The Tech-by-Side℠ is $49.99 for one hour which includes diagnostic procedures, diagrams and ASE technicians on call. The second opinion service for estimate evaluation as well as going over photos and questions is $24.99.
We strive to resolve your diagnostic issue so the repair is complete the first time. We will keep your case open until it is resolved with discounts on multiple calls.
We can cover just about every year, make and model with the exception of exotic cars or information that is proprietary to the manufacture employees.
